Display your location in Safari. Know the location information that is given to websites. Note: Apple location services only work when you have a wi-fi connection enabled.
It’s worth noting that this developer currently has no other products on a somewhat sparse website that otherwise seems space-oriented. While my gut says they’re on the up-and-up, you should always be careful about using unknown software that has the ability to reveal your location to others.
AvianSafari is a browser bar based Twitter client that uses beautiful animations to display your timeline in an attractive manner. View your home timeline, mentions, and direct messages within the bar. Tweet, reply, send native retweets, send direct messages, delete tweets/DMs and more. Never visit twitter.com again!
Widgets Bar is a Safari extension that lets you see the current weather, an RSS ticker, a world clock, and today’s date — all in one convenient toolbar.
Shows a navigation bar for sites that provide meta links.
MacUpdate Promo offers discounted applications each day and with this Safari 5 Extension, you will no longer need to browse to www.mupromo.com manually to see what application is offered today.
MUPromo, my second free Safari 5 Extension, will add a bar below Safari’s bookmarks bar and display all the information you need about today’s MacUpdate Promo (which application, at what price (how much % off and also what the retail price is) and when that price expires)!
KeySearch adds a new way of searching the internet to Safari. It uses short keywords to allow you to search any site you want, right from the toolbar. While browsing the web, just press Control-S or click the toolbar button to bring up the KeySearch bar. Then just type a keyword followed by your search query.
Want to see videos of cute kittens? Type youtube cute kittens
Forgotten who directed Star Trek? Type imdb Star Trek 2009
Need directions for a trip? Type map New York to LA
KeySearch comes with plenty of ready-made keywords, and it’s really easy to add your own.
My only wish for this extension would be an option to use ⌘-K to search.
