Hetima (aka the SafariStand guy) made a tab restore extension. In addition to the usual all or nothing restore approach, you can deselect individual tabs, restore individual windows, or restore everything into a single window.

Sessions is a manager for your browsing history. This extension keeps track of your open windows and tabs for you, with automatic periodic backups for easy and robust session restoration across launches. A snapshot of the current browsing session can be made and saved at any time, allowing it to be revisited in the future.

CMD-W DOH is a Safari Extension that protects your favorite sites against accidental closure. You provide a list of up to five of your favorite URLs, and the extension inserts a confirmation box before allowing any tab containing one of those URLS to close.
This extension creates a new email message containing the addresses of all open tabs. In the settings you can specify default values for to, cc, bcc, subject and message text. You can also choose whether you want all open tabs or just those in the current window.
This toolbar button duplicates the currently active tab.
